Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cyber Ghost Solutions website and the basis on which we provide digital services. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Cyber Ghost Solutions provides website design, SEO, AI chatbot setup, Google Business Profile optimisation, social media management, automation and related digital growth services. Contact: info@cyberghostsolutions.com · +44 7424458643.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, access systems without authorisation, or misuse forms (including spam or automated submissions). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.
3. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting a consultation form or contacting us does not create a binding contract for paid services. Any proposal, scope, timeline and fees will be confirmed in writing (for example proposal, statement of work or invoice terms) before paid work begins.
4. Services and proposals
Paid work is governed by the specific proposal or agreement we issue. That document prevails over these general website terms if there is a conflict. You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and access needed for us to deliver.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and any deposits are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable in pounds sterling (GBP) by the due date stated. Late payment may pause delivery until amounts owed are settled.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and materials on this site remain our property (or our licensors’). Client project deliverables: ownership and licence terms are as stated in your project agreement. You must not copy or reuse our site materials for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Third-party platforms
Some services rely on third-party platforms (for example Google, hosting providers, advertising or social networks). Those platforms have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or account suspensions imposed by third parties outside our control.
8. Disclaimer
We aim for accurate site content but do not warrant that information is complete or error-free. Results from SEO, ads, automation or AI tools can vary and are not guaranteed. Advice given in free consultations is general and not a substitute for a scoped engagement.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or data loss arising from use of this website. For paid services, liability caps (if any) are as set out in your project agreement.
10. Confidentiality
We treat client business information shared for project delivery as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no fault of ours.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site or submitting forms, you acknowledge that policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms periodically; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers (if applicable) may benefit from mandatory local protections.
